How Cognitive Hypnotherapy works…
Traditional Hypnotherapy focuses on the therapist guiding you into a trance like state. Cognitive Hypnotherapy believes hypnotic states are a naturally occurring state of mind. For example, when you daydream during that meeting or getting lost in your thoughts whilst driving.

What does it feel like?
Creating a relaxed and friendly environment is crucial to the process. Each session will feel like we are just chatting, and the techniques I use will help you connect with your subconscious mind with no effort on your part. I will not be waving any pendulum, and you are always completely in control of what you say.
Simply closing your eyes and focusing on my words is enough for the positive changes to begin to take place. In this state of relaxed, focused attention, we can retune the subconscious, where unhelpful habits may have become fixed.
Most clients find the sessions help them to reach a state of deep relaxation which helps them feel calm and refreshed.
